Hatzala provides emergency services for the ill and injured as promptly as possible. Owing to its extensive volunteer services and state-of-the art medical equipment, it takes about 2 minutes to arrive at the site of an accident of patient's home.

The service starts from the Golan in the North, and continues to Arad in the South of Israel - and most places in between. The primary role of Hatzolah volunteers - who are certified and trained by Magen David Adom (MDA) - is to provide a life saving bridge of medical care. Additionally, it is the fastest and only medical response team in Israel that works in coordination with Magen David Adom.
